Frequently asked questions
Try these steps first. They resolve the most common questions without interrupting your learning journey.
How do I start or continue a lesson?
Open the Progress tab, choose your current chapter and select the next available lesson. Completed lessons and earned progress are saved automatically. If you return later, continue from the next unlocked step.
My progress does not look up to date
- Confirm that your iPhone has an internet connection.
- Close and reopen Level Up English.
- Make sure you are using the same account as before.
- Complete one short exercise to trigger a fresh progress sync.
Speaking practice cannot hear me
- Open iPhone Settings and select Level Up.
- Allow Microphone and Speech Recognition access.
- Return to the app and try the speaking exercise in a quiet place.
How do learning reminders work?
Level Up English sends reminders only after you grant notification permission. You can adjust smart reminders inside the app or disable them at any time in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Level Up.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then choose Level Up English. You can also use Apple’s subscription management page below.
How do I delete my account?
Open Level Up English, go to Profile and select Delete account. Review the information shown and confirm deletion. This permanently removes the account data covered by the deletion screen.
Which devices are supported?
The current release is built for iPhone and requires iOS 17 or later. iPad support may be introduced in a future version.
